maple walnut brown rice porridge w/brown rice flakes, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, walnut pieces, and natural maple syrup • this was so good, i’d never had brown rice porridge before and it was delicious! the amount of cinnamon i put in made it go brown, when it was originally a creamy colour. such a great, gluten-free alternative to oatmeal 👌

green smoothie bowl w/frozen banana, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, mesquite powder, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon virgin coconut oil, and avocado + poppy seeds and kiwi fruit on top • my green smoothie was green until i put heaps of cinnamon in and it kind of darkened - still delicious though! 🌿
